Through the efforts of Isaac Monfort’s staff, parents and students, we have been named a Michigan EVERGREEN School by the State of Michigan and the Macomb County Board of Commissioners for the sixth year in a row. In order to be designated an EVERGREEN School, we were required to meet energy savings and environmental activities like: recycling paper, reuse of magazines and newspapers for other projects, recycling batteries and ink cartridges and having a poster contest to support ecological concerns to name a few.
